You must have a lead magnet. I know what you are thinking. Well enough, it is a lead magnet. It is simple. You need ethical bribe to get people to give you their contact details.
So, you can in turn, talk to them and eventually make them an offer which converts them from a probable into a purchaser along the cycle member possible probable purchaser, preacher. That is why we want to get them.
A lead magnet, what is it? It could be an e-book. It could be a white paper. It could be access to a form. It could be access to a free membership site.

But more importantly, it is free and it has to be valuable.
Lead magnets cannot be something cheap that you’d forgotten you had hidden away in an old folder.
A lead magnet needs to be good enough that you could sell it. But, you are going to give it a way for free.
I know we do not like to give anything away for free. We do not like creating all that work and then giving it away for free. Why would not we sell it?
The reason why is this is core. This is a key element in your strategy to build a list of people to talk to, “probable” customers that you can then work on over time.
You give them more free information, more great information. You build yourself up in their eyes as an authority, an expert.
Imagine you run a restaurant and you bring out a new menu. You pick one of the meals and show them how to cook it. Show them how you prepare it, professional style. Do you seriously then think that they are not going to want to come into your restaurant and see how it tastes for real?
Do you think that they are just going to make the meal at home to put your restaurant out of business?
No! They are going to wonder how their version compares to your version. They are going to come and see you and spend money with you.
It works. This is being working for years. It is simple.
Have you ever received anything for you in the post? For free? Exactly!
Think about how to build a lead magnet. Think about what would be valuable. Look at other people in your niche. Look at what works for them.
Again, use Google to research top lead magnets. There are many of terms such as fremium but the term lead magnet is a very commonly used.
You can Google free white papers, free downloads. Research these things and add a modifier to your search such as “restaurant” or something like that, your type of business. This will give you examples in what others are doing.
It is important and it does not matter how much you spend or how much time you spent to create it. It has to give value otherwise it is of no interest.
You desperately want that lead. Go get it.
